A Guide To Growing is a guidebook that allows the reader to choose their own vehicles for personal development.

It is meant for all ages with particular reasonace at moments of cultural transition. It is a great gift for a high schooler; and a recent college grad. As well as a 40 year old ready for a life transiiton; and an 80 year old thinking about next chapters too.

The book provides an overview of a variety of constructs, modalities and tools. It provides access to other source code material for those interested in exploring more.

It looks to fill a societal gap on the passage of wisdom and guidance on moving between different stages in life.
